Are you self-conscious about fine lines, wrinkles, and volume loss that have begun to prematurely age your face?
At Injectable Aesthetics in Oklahoma City, we offer the signature liquid facelift, a highly customizable procedure that utilizes dermal fillers with injectables and facial rejuvenation techniques in precisely targeted areas.
Patients love this minimally invasive anti-aging solution because it provides fewer risks and complications than a surgical procedure, and also requires no downtime. During your liquid facelift appointment, we will use tiny needles to make a series of injections in specific places, depending on your facial anatomy and cosmetic goals. Fillers and neuromodulators work together to provide volume where your face needs it most and smooth fine lines and wrinkles for a natural, youthful look.
No two liquid facelifts are alike. We customize our mix of fillers and injectables based on your exact needs and beauty goals.

Liquid Facelift FAQs
A liquid facelift is a non-surgical approach to the overall aging face. If you are someone who is not quite ready to undergo surgery, but are ready for an overall improvement to the face, this option is for you. We use a fractionated laser to work on the skin portion of the face first. By doing this, we are able to give back some collagen and elastin that has been lost over time. This laser treatment also helps reduce pore size, and improve the texture of the skin. It can also help with fine lines as well. Once the laser portion has been done, we use a combination of Botox®, fillers and threads to create a natural, more youthful face. Threads are used to lift and “pull up” sagging skin and jowling at the jawline. Then several dermal fillers are chosen, in order to create volume in areas where a patient has lost volume, and other softer fillers are used to help with lines around the mouth etc. Careful placement of Botox® in both the upper and lower face allows for the relaxation of muscles that help soften fine lines and wrinkles. The overall aesthetic result leaves the patient with little downtime and an overall rejuvenation of the face.
Before treatment, a numbing cream is placed on the skin topically and microdroplets of lidocaine are injected as well to help make the patient comfortable prior to the injections. The laser is done first which takes about an hour from start to finish. Then once the laser is healed, approximately 2-4 weeks later, the injections and threading can be done. The injection appointment takes about 2 hours start to finish.
Many different fillers are used to create a natural result. Some fillers last about 9 months and others last about 18 months. The filler in the lips and around the mouth generally is the first filler to be replaced since daily talking and mouth movements cause the filler to metabolize out quicker in this area than other areas of the face. The Botox® will only last 3-4 months and is the first injection to be redone. Generally the remainder of the filler is good for up to a year. Threads last 12-15 months so they don’t have to be replaced as often. I recommend coming in every 3-4 months for Botox®, and at that time we will re-evaluate the filler areas and come up with a plan to tweak or retreat certain areas as the need arises.
